Complete Pro Tech is dedicated to delivering quality products and services and we strive to make the refund and exchange process as seamless as possible. In specific situations you may find the need to initiate a return or exchange. Please take a moment to review our policies below. We are committed to providing you the necessary assistance.
Refund Policy
All orders processed by our business are considered final sale. By continuing to use the Complete Pro Tech website, you are consenting to the understanding that all payments or purchases made on the platform are deemed final and non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon by Complete Pro Tech or as outlined below:
Exchangeable or Returnable Products
Products eligible for Exchange or return must adhere to the following criteria:
- Items that arrive damaged, broken or defective.
- Items received are incorrect.
Complete Pro Tech will be pleased to exchange all items that meet the above criteria.
Should you wish to instead return an item that meets the above criteria, refunds will be made via your original payment method, excluding shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. An email notification will be sent to you regarding the status of your refund, including any applicable adjustments, once your refund request has been successfully processed and approved. All return requests will be individually reviewed, and we will exercise sole discretion in determining the success of your return.
Should your return not meet the criteria outlined above, we encourage you to reach out to us with details of the unmet conditions. We will be pleased to suggest suitable alternatives. Kindly be informed that should a return request not align with our outlined return criteria, we retain the right to withhold issuing a refund.
Order Cancellation
Kindly note that cancelling an order does not automatically guarantee a refund from Complete Pro Tech. All device deposits are non-refundable and orders may only be cancelled prior to equipment shipping. In cases where your purchased item that has not been received by you within the specified delivery window on your order page, and the item is not yet in transit to you, a full refund is available.
